MAKING WINE

We make home-made wine every year using the grapes of our vineyard.

Between the months of August and November, the grapes, according to each vine’s specific harvest period, are gathered, stripped from the vines and pressed with the help of guests coming to Patika.

Patika’s wines, produced ecologically without the use of any preservatives or chemicals, are bottled every year, in limited quantities, in white and red varieties.
